Requirement for an appropriate quality assurance framework to ensure key learnings regarding project outcomes are identified and appropriately published to ensure ongoing continuous improvement.

SOLUTION:

PM-Partners were engaged to complete health checks / Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) across a large portfolio of programmes and projects within the organisation.

BENEFIT:

PM-Partners have provided reports based on key learnings for each individual engagement, however importantly we have been able to develop trends related to project delivery and presentation to senior executives within the organisation. This has resulted in our client altering key aspects of their delivery methods to ensure more effective delivery, based on addressing the key trends.
