About this course

This powerful and practical workshop is facilitated by experts and is designed to provide participants with the advanced skills and knowledge for managing their projects using Microsoft® Project 2010.

These skills will be able to be put to immediate and practical use at the completion of the programme. The workshop refers to various source materials and draws upon the research and experience of PM-Partners group’s extensive involvement in managing projects.

  • This workshop is designed for project managers, team members and service managers seeking an advanced level of proficiency in the management of their projects through the use of available software tools for project scheduling and control.

How this course is delivered

Courses are facilitated by our expert team and can also be held at your premises.  All courses are able to be customised to suit your requirements.

A comprehensive participant handbook is provided. Our participants are also entitled to complementary telephone consultation/advice within 60 days of workshop completion. All workshops may be conducted onsite or at our premises, with experienced facilitators providing group and/or individual instruction.

Course Pre-Requisites

As this is an advanced workshop participants are required to be proficient in using Microsoft® Project at a basic to intermediate level.  It is recommended that participants have attended a Microsoft® Project Essentials workshop and have 12-18 months hands-on experience regularly using Microsoft® Project.
