Our Silver, Gold, and Platinum PRINCE2® online packages contain learning modules for Foundation level study only. To complete the PRINCE2® Foundation level, around 20 hours should be committed to the learning process. PRINCE2® Practitioner level requires approximately 30 hours of self-study.  This study will be a mixture of computer-based training using the internet, reference to the PRINCE2® Manual and other documentation as well as completion of the Practical Tasks. You may require a minimum of 4 weeks to complete this learning however, depending on other commitments, you have a 12 month time frame to complete the learning.

Purchasing this product provides you with a licence to use PRINCE2® Online for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. During the entirety of this period the product is supported to ensure that the content is consistent with the APMG syllabus.

Run out of time? Not a problem as you can easily extend the license and exam time as follows:

It is advisable to identify a date for completion of the self-study to help focus on achieving your certification. Contact us for available revision events and exam dates. In any case, you will need to confirm your exam date with a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the chosen date.  Failure to attend your confirmed exam will result in forfeit (no refund of payment).

There are currently 2 options available for completing the PRINCE2® Foundation exam:

Option 1: Attend a PM-Partners group Training Centre

If you are in Sydney or Melbourne you can attend an exam at our PM-Partners training centre’s. Contact us for next available exam dates (held monthly). In order to book an exam you will need to organise with one of our Professional Development Consultants on 1300 70 13 14.

Option 2: Attend an APMG Public Exam Centre

If you are close to Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Auckland or Wellington you can attend an APMG public exam centre. Please click here to view dates, simply refer to ‘Available Examination Dates‘.

All bookings and queries will be handled directly by APMG. When booking you will need to provide a voucher as proof of payment which you will receive from us via email in PDF format once you have confirmed which option you have selected.

Please note that all vouchers will expire after 12 months of being generated.

Minimum requirements for PC

This software has been designed to operate on desktop systems to the following minimum specifications:-

• Windows7^®
• Windows Vista^® ( Home Premium, Business, Ultimate or Enterprise )
• Windows XP^® or XP Tablet Edition (Machine spec. Intel^® Pentium^® P4 2GHz, 1GB RAM)
• MAC OSX 10.4.11, 10.5.4 and above (Intel Core™ Duo 1.83GHz or PowerPC^® G4 1GHz, 512MB RAM)
• Linux Ubuntu 7.10+/Fedora 8/OpenSUSE 10.3 (Pentium^® P4 2GHz, 1GB RAM)
• Broadband internet connection (512Kbps or higher)

The system should include the latest updates & service packs and have at least 1GB free hard disk space.  The software is best viewed at 1024 x 768 or higher resolution, a soundcard with speakers or headphones is also required.

PRINCE2® Web/Online access

Supported Browser: Any latest standards compliant browser (Firefox 3+, Chrome, Safari, MS Internet Explorer 6+)with latest flash player, acrobat reader, sound card with speakers or headphones, and javascript enabled.
